Lipman Recipe Book
Ingredients:
- 4 Vintage Ripes
- 1 cup panko (Japanese bread crumbs)
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Slice Vintage Ripes horizontally.
- Combine panko, salt and pepper in a shallow dish.
- Submerge each slice in the egg, then coat with panko.
- Add slices to a greased baking sheet and cook for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
