Lipman Recipe Book
Ingredients:
- 1 pound fresh strawberries, cleaned and hulled
- 1/2 cup green grapes
- 3/4 pound ripe Roma or Vintage Ripes tomatoes, peeled and diced
- Several squeezes of agave nectar or sugar to taste
- 1/2 cup strawberry preserves
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
Directions:
- Add the strawberries, tomatoes, grapes and agave nectar or sugar to a food processor. Pulse until smooth. (If you don’t have a food processor, you can use a blender and strain the sauce through a fine mesh sieve.)
- Warm the strawberry preserves in the microwave. Add them to the processor, along with lime juice.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature atop pound cake or ice cream, or as part of a yogurt parfait. Excess sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

- This recipe was created by one of our team members and is a Lipman family favorite. To preserve excess sauce, freeze into ice cube trays or pour into a plastic bag and lay flat. For future use, thaw in the refrigerator or on the counter the day before.
